Had new renters move in yesterday. He's a new Deputy Sheriff and his wife's an RN. Don't think he knows yet that his boss, the County Sheriff, and I have been buddies for years, unless the Sheriff told him.
HOWEVER, I'm seriously thinking about selling the whole scheiss, farm and all, and kicking back while someone else has the headaches.
Nearby land, no better than ours, sold for $5400 per acre a coupla weeks ago. It got me to wondering why I'm putting up with all this.
