Well number one learn for sure what they are. I'll bet you they are not a Bee or even in the Bee family They are most likely one of the common wasps like the yellow jack or the red or black wasp. Sorry but I hate it when a wasp gets called a Bee since with out bees we would be in real trouble. That said throw some moth balls under your deck or hang a net bag with them under there if you can do so safely. There are also some bug bombs you could throw under there that would do the trick but as I said find out what they are before you try to kill them off
