I would be driving to all the scrap yards that are close by. Many of them don"t care where it came from as long as it is steel. My father just had a stainless steel freezer taken off of his pickup truck. He saw them do it and chased them to the scrap yard. The yard owner got all over him for making the guys put it back into his truck. He told the scrap yard guy that maybe he had better call the county sheriff. The yard guy got all cooperative then.
Many of the smaller yards are crooked as "H". They are taking anything they can load around here. Stole the heat exchanger off of the church AC unit. Too many low life people around.
