I recently delt with Tractor Restoration in Hopedale, MA on a decal set for my Case L. I placed the order on line and two weeks later called to ask about an update. It was explained to me that they would be sent by the middle of next week, fair enough. By the end of that week I called them and problems began. After two conversations I requested the order be cancelled and was hung up on. Several phone call immediately pursed and was told by the manager that he didn't have time to check into my order and was hung up on again. One more phone call to the manager and he told me that he would either send the decals or cancel the order by Wensday. The following Monday I emailed the company's customer service email and never did get a reply to that. Tuesday I called again and talked to them and was told that they would contact the supplier and have them direct ship my order to me. Wensday afternoon, my order arrives, one month to the day of my original order. Im not trying to run any business down, just curious if anyone has had similar service from them or was it just my lucky day?
