For cutting I use my M M GVI and IH nine foot haybine , dont generally rake ,For baling I use my Minnie and 850 NH baler [The old Minnie doesnt have live pto so gets tricky at times] If I have to turn the hay I just open up the back gate and run the swath through, works pretty good with the floor chains, a few years back I was doing that and when the neighbours would drive by ,slow down and point at the back of the baler ,they all must have thought I was drunk and forgot to close up the back end when I dumped the last bale, It fluffs up the swath and you dont lose a lot of leaves like raking..
