I have seen them too a couple of years or so ago, in Central Mn. flying Black ones alright and no numbers on them.. isn't it illegal to fly without numbers? I know for the USA the numbers start with the letter " N" .. some of you here on this board think it is a joke and laugh, but I am not laughing and I don't think Ultradog is either... as most things the Govm't does is no good.
