Hi Lyle! I enjoy your posts! I don't know much about tractor collecting, but I am pretty active in the motorcycle collecting and restoring hobby.
For Motorcycles, if they are complete and all original with the normal wear and tear of time (maybe a small dent here, a little surface rust there, some scratched paint etc...) they are really doing well un-restored. These bikes are hard to find, lots are too bad a condition for this, others have been molested and not original.
If parts are missing, and there is major damage cosmetic repairs needed, better to restore and try to make new.
