Since you had the head and block resurfaced,you need to run a tap down all of the bolt holes and clean all of the crud out of the bolt holes with compressed air,Then you need to see if the piston is going to hit the head with a fiber gasket,If not then you need to see if the bolts are putting enough clamping force on the head,especially where it blew.You may need some washers to get enough clamping force on them.Dont use copper coat on a head gasket that says use no sealer.
