i for one agree with class action lawsuits as they bring a lot of attention to the unwary buyer. how many knew that motors were under the stated power when you purchased it? would it had suited your intentions for its purchase. would you have purchased it at the lower rating. how about medical supplies? the manufacturer possibly knew about its dangerous side, are you. case in point, sheetrock from china. those who have it in their homes are due compensation and if that means a lawyer is compensated also, then so be it. and yes, i filed for the hp lawsuit. not just compensation but some even tho it may cost me more in the future when i purchase a true rated item.
