Started planting at 2 pm on saturday. Finished 2 pm this afternoon. Rolled along planting 700 acres of corn, knock on wood, without a problem. Didnt get much sleep but the corn is planted in very nice conditions and its up to mother nature now. We got some light rain at 4 pm and more forecast overnight, and for the next several days so maybe I can get some much wanted rest. Wrigley and I are watching the cubs cards game. I need a nap. I think I left the camera in the tractor. Most guys finished corn in the last day or so. A few stared on beans. We are off to a good start with this crop. The corn planted saturday is growing like crazy with the warm temps. Hope everyone else is doing ok as well. bill GO CUBS!
