I made supports for my MM Jet Star 3 by using 5" channel for uprights and a bigger 6" for a cross peice on floor. I also use a small angled flat-stock accross the uprights for a brace. I put two big casters on it. It bolted to the attachment mounting pads on each side of clutch case.
On front I did similar w/out wheels and another top peice of channel which bolted to two holes at bottom of the cast-iron oil pans the have. I checked for good air pressure in all the tires and made the stands to fit setting on all four tires. When I unbolted case, just rolled rear half away on rear tires and the casters and support came with rear half of tractor. I also used two long Grade 8 bolts with heads cut-off to fit in the clutch housing holes. I tapered one end where head once was and used them as guide pins to pull tractor apart and back together.
I'm not one to depend on a floor jack w/out better supports, I've seen plenty of things fall or slip off floor jacks when moving heavy items around! Once it falls, something may break and surely will be hard to pick-up again!
