I recently purchased a scoop for my 8N. It was the original Ford scoop that was marketed with the tractor. I paid $60 for it. My favorite equipment salvage yard here in Omaha also had a Dearborn scoop that is of the same vintage as the N's. He wanted $50 for it. My scoop has the features described in previous followups, a trip bucket, wide scoop, reversable, and it works GREAT. Personally I would rather pay less and get an original implement than pay more and get a new shiney one. My scoop is reversable and has a handle for the trip bucket on each side. I just used it this weekend to clear clump grass out of an area where I wanted to put my garden.
