David.........my Boeing Engineers Manual lists the p/n 20366-S8, 5/16-18 x 7/8" hexhead bolt, oilpan, as 19 ft/lbs torque. It is good NOT to overtorque these bolts because it causes oilpan gasket leaks.........Dell
