Mike, I wouldn't let the grandkids play with it too much, I think. Dick's Farm Toy Price Guide puts the value of an "Excellent" JD '20' pedal tractor at $296 U.S. A restored one usually is in the same price range. I am not totally sure that the restored falls into the excellent category, but I'll be getting a new price guide of my own in a couple of weeks, so I can look up that information and let you know then. BTW, the D-65 casting means it was first built in 1965 and represents the 3020/4020 series. There was also a D-63 which I think represents the early 3020/4020 tractors. I'll verify that as well. Stan
