Hi Stan, I haven't talked to you since you told me about them water melon vines dragging the melons around. I was just browsing this morning and I had never visited this site. I just finished restoring a pedal tractor for my grandchildren, a John Deere model D-65. I spent $201 for rims, tires, decals, pedal assembly, pedals and a repair patch for the rear hitch area. It cost $75 to get the welding done, plus paint. My question is what is this toy worth as I was beginning to think I was crazy for spending so much to restore it. I can get a new "M" in Michigan for $159 US..around $220 in our money. It sounds like you are into this, could you zing me a ballpark figure..maybe I shouldn't be letting the grandchildren scratch this thing up!! Thanks...Mike in Exeter Ontario
