Thanks to everyone. The tractor was used regulerily till the winter of 03, then has been ran a few hours off and on this summer then has set the past 2 months. I will try to jump it first if no go I will take batteries out and charge. I have a 2755 that can be pull started, belville washers engage the low side of the Hi/Lo when not running. I have read on here that a 2640 w/ Hi/Lo can not be pull started. Must need oil pressure at all times. I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't damage it if I pulled it. Thanks HA
