Cub fertilize hopper parts

I am trying to find parts for the fertilize hopper for a 1948 cub planter set. I need the distribution disk in the bottom of the plastic fertilize hopper that the external gear links into. I do not know what it is called or what the part number, my grandfather bought a new one in ~1974...but things just don't last!. any help in finding him a replacement would be appreciated. THANKS
