Like others and you realize, not enough information. So, I will throw up a guess also and when you get more info you will have something else to go on. I guess the low side of the TA is shot and the mcv pump has not primed up, therefore now power steering either, and high side needs hydraulic pressure. Now, I just thought, a whole lot of those in your country don't have a TA so there goes my guess out the window.
