I've been toying with the idea of duals on my B for awhile. Seems I run out of traction in our soft (wet) soil before power. You need to keep the cone on the lug bolt engaged to the cone on the wheel disk for proper clamping of the wheel. You could try installing studs in the hub, using lug nuts on the inner wheel, then stack another wheel and set of lug nuts on the outer wheel. If something breaks, you might lose one or both wheels on one side, and if that happens, you didn't read it here. ;o) If you find a good method that works, please let us know. Good luck.
