Hi If it was mine I'd do them all. Had a 466 diesel motor here in the shop guy only wanted to do the one leaking bore. I said it was gettin worn it needed new sleeves might as well do it while it's here and apart or minimum pull the other sleeves and do O rings. on removing all the sleeves we found 5 out of 6 cyls had brittle O rings that were starting to break up as well plus pitting so did the rebuild. that has 3 rings a sleeve some where down to 1,that was any good, I supplied a kit for a motor like yours once I think it had 1 or 2 rings a sleeve, was about 20 years ago now. if you find the blocks bad on any cylinders, you had borrowed time anyhow, and if you don't pull them all you could be back there very quickly. when another one starts leaking. if they are the original rings they got a lot of years on and might all follow the first one..
