That cam gear is a press fit & you probably need to pull the cam shaft and have it pressed off & the new gear pressed on. You also need to pull the oil pump. Get a good shop manual. Also the grille, radiator & timing gear cover has to be removed. Check that damper pulley for a worn groove in the hub. You probably need a new seal in the cover and a speedi-sleeve to cover the groove in the hub. Hal
