there's no slip clutch on that planter. what you are referring to is on the end of the main shaft. It has springs and dogs on it to make it work kind of like a rachet. this allows one chain to turn faster than the other when you are turning around at the end of the field. clean this up real good, get all the old grease and dirt off. you may have some broken spings or missing pieces
