The chain I refer to is the chain in the center that runs the shafts to turn the plates.its nit sliding the wheels but appears to have a type of slip clutch on the shaft that is driven by the wheels.I have turned the dribe shafts with a wrench and haven't got it to bind up.after that it will work for a while then bind up again.I willtry to take a video later ttoday and post here
