Jim provides good advice. There are lots of pictures of redone H's, but few true restorations. You have to decide what you are looking to do. If you want it to look nice and work, and not so much worried about the originality, then lots and lots of pictures. IF you are going for originality, don't look for the "restored" ones, look for the old, rusty ones in their work clothes. I have had more luck looking at the old ones, and making my own conclusions than I have looking at someone's interpretation of "original".
both approaches work, but you need to determine what your end goal is.
