Blast them to bare metal, do the body work to fit template's, correct mesh new screen, new lower insert and emblem fitted, and finshed in epoxy primer. Ive had people ask if they were N.O.S. or Aftermarket. They seem to sell fast but finding core SMTA grills to repair is hard and costly. Ive seen what I would call SMTA parts grills sell for $500. In ruff enough shape that I would have more time into repair then what it's worth. I only get $500 for a SM / M grill finished the same way. But can buy SM /M core grills for $50 -100.
