The a several weeks ago I checked with the case IHC dealer in my area for the pricing on the bearing that is on the end of the worm gear shaft controlling the narrow front end on a farmall tractor; In Canadian dollars it was $119.00 plus taxes.(( I don't be grudge them any thing they have to make a profit and also have over head))). On Saturday I was in a supplier >> not a bearing supplier/ just a general supplier of al types of goods.I found and purchased a bearing that looked like the one I needed for the worm gear shaft for less than 1/10 th the price& it fit perfectly. The bearing was made by a recognizable manufacturer. IF any one is interested in buying through me let me know and I will see if there are any more there when I am next in some time in the next 3 weeks. The price I will give you will include shipping A WAY less than the IHC price. Wm.
