A couple of quick checks is the fuel getting to the injection pump? There are a couple bleed screws on the injection pump. Loosen lower bleed screw and pump hand pump on the lift pump on the right side of engine and see if fuel comes out bleed screw. Also check the shut off control rod that a key didn't come out and is not opening the shut off lever.
