Hi Rick, I tried to find the year of your Super C on the "serial numbers" section of this site in the tool bar to the left of this page. I think what you have is a casting code. You might could find the year out from that but I don't know how. You can find the serial number on the plate on the tool box that the seat mounts to. It will be on the right hand side. In this photo it is hard to see cause the previous owner of my Super C loved spray paint but hated masking tape. There is a old battery ground cable someone attatched to my tool box and you can just make out the tag just below it. Hope this helped you.
