When in doubt ask an old phart! The guys that have been around know things that aren't in a repair manual and work just as good. The neighbor took a tractor into Deere for a priority with the understanding that only the oldest tech will work on it. If I were an owner of a implement dealership I would give favor to the older applicants. Probably not legal in the days of "be nice to everyone".
