I was useing a book and adjusted all the way through just like the book says
I understand there is some grinding on those tractors when shifting but I dont think it is suppost to sound like you are gringing a new set of gears every time you try to shift that is if it shifts and dosent hang up (sounds like you are trying to shift without pushing the clutch in) making you stop and put the tractor in park before you can shift it agin
our other IH tractors grind some just seems like this one is a little much
maybe I will readjust everything agin and see if that helps
