660 hand clutch w/TA

For the benefit of T_Bone and others, IH had two systems to control the hand clutch and hand TA. There was also a foot operated TA. If you are not thoroughly confused by the time you view my Photopoint pictures that illustrate the parts of all three, you should seek employment at NASA. This is the next best thing to rocket science.
