The diverter block is probably the most clean way to do what you want. Before you spring for the cost of the block, you can test the speed etc. for nothing but your time (plus whatever oil you spill). This assumes you currently have compatible hydraulic fluid in the Touch Control and the loader.

Remove the hoses from your PTO pump. Connect the pressure hose to the pressure tap on the small casting where the diverter valve goes. It will be the plug next to the smaller tube. Connect the return hose to the Touch Control filler plug. Run a Touch Control arm back and chain it in place. Push the control lever forward. The loader should work.
