I have a 30 ton press and that's what I use to get sleeves out. I don't even waste my time on a puller for the pre-39 stuff. theres been a couple times ive maxed out that press right before it went boom and the sleeve popped out. yes, some of them are stuck in there that tight. Ive never damaged a block doing it that way
