In and out as in top in bottom out is axle bearings don"t drive it till fixed or it will possibly tear up bull gear and pinion teeth. If axial in out (top and bottom go in and out at the same time) it is either the bolt holding the bull gear to the axle (inside, but accessible from the IPTO mounting hole). Either way better fixed than way broken. Jim
