I just bought a 140 that has a serial # of 4736J. It is 6 volt/dist. It has the pull lever starter with push/pull ignition button (no key)It has an engine serial # 77657. It has the styled hood and grill so it has to be between late 63 and when the tractors changed over to 12 valt in the late 60"s. This isn"t the first one of these that I have seen that was mid/late 60"s with a 4 digit serial # but I can"t find a list that shows these.
