I pulled starter and connected positive jumper cable from 12 volt truck to starter post and touched negative jumper cable from 12 volt truck to the starter. I made sure the starter tab was making connection. I sparked where cables made contact, but no spin. I guess that is good news and bad news? Any advice on rebuilding or fixing a starter.
Oh, the truck was not running when I did this test...I assume that is okay>
