Found a Farmall H, with loader, what is it worth?

I just found a Farmall H with a bucket that has a lever used to dump it. The owner says it runs, it has electric start and tire chains on it. The tires are in poor condition. There are 2 front tires right next to each other
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
