Lyle, I am in PA, in Bucks county. I need to make the guy an offer, and just trying to see where to start. He said it ran 6 months ago and it is backed into a parking spot and looks recently placed. It was his brothers, who died, and I am sure he will not go through the routine of starting it for me, so there is a bit of a gamble. He said there is a plow that would go with it.
