Hi Brian, I got lucky late last night a found a web site for all info on Dodge Trucks, gear ratios, comparision on 5spd vs 6spd rpm to mph for each gear on both, complete parts break downs on both gear boxes, Transfer case, Cummins engine, etc: If you haven't looked take a walk thru as it worth it. I decided to go with a automatic because of the 5spd twisted output shaft after 150K and the clutch is too small for the torque, and the 6spd is still having problems, gears breaking from torque.
