Jimmy I suspect your problem is inside the belly pump. There is a lever clamped on the shaft inside which activates the valves. Sounds like it has slipped or is misadjusted. You have to drop the unit out (careful that sucker is HEAVY)and remove the rear cover to get at it. Takes a little maneuvering to get the cover off as the lever has a tab in a slot on the next lever. You will recognize it when you get it apart. The tricky part is getting the thing back together as the lever tab must go back in the slot on the next lever. Takes a lot of patience and more than one try. By the way that cover comes off with the pump attached so you do not have to pull the oldham coupler or worry about the shaft seal. Good Luck.
