The C does not have a water pump. The water circulates by convection. That is hot water is less dense (lighter) and rises, cold water is more dense(heavier) and goes down. So, as the water is cooled in the radiator it goes to the bottom of the radiator and back to the engine. Many early engines did not have water pumps. The A and the Super A farmalls had no water pumps. The early As did not even have a pressurized radiator. The C radiator is pressurized to keep the water from boiling away. You had to periodically add water to the non pressurized radiators to replace that lost by evaporation. When the Super C came out, a water pump was one of the changes. Your C will work fine without a water pump. Hope this helps.
