My dad retired from the Army in 71, got the farm in 72 and started farming. He had a JD R and a AC CA. He got both used. I got married in 73 and joined the Army in 74. After dad passed when mom was a little short she sold the CA in spite of knowing she wasn't supposed to (she could have called and I would have sent her money). All traces of both tractors are gone forever. Take what you can when you can, life is no rehearsal!
