Ok because of a commnet someone made yesterday about the seat on my M I took a good look at it today. It's the type with the cone shaped spring and shock on it. The top bushing on the shock is gone and what looks like it should have a bushing at the hinge point at the front is pretty well worn. Anyone know of a cheap easy way to fit the pivot point? Guess I'll have to get a new shock for it too. Can a new, stiffer spring be found?
