If the impact driver fails after penetrating juice has been allowed to soak for a while, consider welding a hex nut onto the head of the screw and using a wrench. Use the juice again to cool the screw after welding and begin working with a wrench to loosen then tighten with even the slightest movement. Work back and forth adding juice frequently. Patience! Far better than drilling out. If removing the screw head is the quickest to remove the sheet metal, use a punch to center punch the screw and a drill bit the same sized as the screw diameter and drill through the head. Then use a small chisel to bump the head off. Less damage to the sheet metal than grinding that way.
