Andrew, I looked at the pump it looked tight in the shaft department. I did talk to John at J.P. Salvage today he said that either the pump or the valve is bad. Try the other valve to the SCV If then the pump works fine it is the valve. And of course if it doesn't then the pump.This is if it had the sensing valve something about 3 gears in there that can go bad.
