i agree machine shop work will refinish the parts like new HOWEVER working with some 80-then 220-wet-dry sand paper a da would also work and diesel or any kind of oil will also clean up the hardened steel surface ,,even with a machine chances are some heat cracks will still be in it ,check the flywheel for high spots and flatness with a straight edge ,and a feeler gauge ,go lightly with some green or brown scuff pad for the clutch disc
