Set the wheels out if you think it's unsafe. However most utility style tractors have a low center of gravity, so unless you drive it o a really steep side-hill, it shouldn't be any worse than most utility tractors. Never raise the loader above the tractor on a side-hill, even a hill that is not very steep.
