Put some time into fixingt the float. There is probably a piece of trash.dirt in the needle and seat. The one minute running and then stopping like it was shut off is also probably fuel related. The fact that it will restart means it is taking too long to replace the fuel in the carb. There is a screen in the fitting at the carb, as well as the sediment bowl and fitting to the tank thast need to be clean. Fuel should run out of the line at the carb in a 1/8" diameter stream filling a soda can in less than 20 seconds. Jim
