Think there was at least one aftermarket made gear ratios for 3rd and 4th. You may just have a tractor someone installed W4 gears in though. Number from gears or tooth count may help ID them. Some early H tractors have different gears even if the same ratio than the biggest part of them. Can't remember if 41 is new enough to not worry about that or not. Check the parts.
