Thanks for the advice. I happened to read (in the manual of course)about how the amount of air valve opening controls the engine speed in gas mode. I think its plugged up with soot from the diesel. You know that black powdery stuff diesels make. Bound to get some from time to time when swichting over. And, when I took the main jet out it was cover in black. The guy that owned it before never ran it on gas before shutting down and I always do. I'm sure that's it. I'll let you know what I find.
